That’s one of the questions that I had when I started my recruitment career.
I was working in a very inspiring staffing agency with endless career opportunities and uncapped commission and surrounded by some successful recruiters bragging about their commission but I had no clue of what could I realistically expect ?
And as I started making money, I get a vague idea but I did not understand how the commission scheme was working and how far could I go in terms of commission.
And that’s what I am going to do in this video, I am going to break this down for you so you can have a clear idea of how much money do a recruitment consultant make, how does the salary evolution look like and how big your commissions can be.
Note: I mainly use my experience as a Recruiter in Europe but from what I found during my research, it seems to be applicable to the US, Canada and Australia as well but I would be very happy to hear your feedback on that.
