POST NCS RECRUITMENT INFORMATION

The Nigeria Customs Service has put out information concerning the complaints of applicants with regards to the recruitment portal, and has assured the public that it has been resolved.

Candidates complaints were mainly about the non-capturing of most tertiary institutions in the country. Whereby the institutions attended by applicants were not included. We have been informed that the minor system setback has been resolved.

However, all candidates for the NCS recruitment 2019, have been informed by the NCS president that most of the people complaining about lack of network or poor network are the ones at fault and not the site. The network problem is mostly from the people applying and not from the Nigeria Customs Service application portal, as the portal is backed up with a high sophisticated server.
