This has always been in the staffing industry’s DNA : every recruitment business who want to grow internationally always start to make business remotely in this new location.
Progressively, with the growing importance of the work life balance, staffing agencies gave the opportunity to work from home a few days a week to their employees. But not many were giving the opportunity to work 100% remotely and that was only a possibility for business owners.
But 3 years ago, everything changed and working from a home is the new normal for many people in the world. And as a recruiter only needs a laptop and an internet connexion to work, recruitment is an ideal career to be a digital nomad.
