According to my, the possibility to work from home is probably one of the best innovations of the 21st century. Over the past 2 years, it became a standard for the reasons that we know and it is now time to analyze its impact beyond the operational aspects.
Are companies really prepared for that and did they adapt their (recruitment) strategy accordingly? And do professionals/candidates realize what does it mean for them and their career, besides having a better work-life balance?
I don’t think so and if you don’t take the right decision now, it might cause your business failure! And I am giving you my perspective, as a recruiter, on how to prevent this to happen.
